What the guarantee covers
- Holes that appear through normal wear — at the heel, toe or sole.
- Material and workmanship defects.
What is not covered
- Damage from improper care, such as washing too hot, bleach, or tumble-drying bamboo socks.
- Cuts and tears from sharp objects or pets.
- Deliberate or rough damage.
- Normal thinning without a hole, stretched cuffs, or discolouration from incorrect washing.

How to claim for a hole
- Take a photo of the hole.
- Email it to hello@sokks-official.com together with your order number.
- We'll take a quick look and send you a free replacement. You can keep the old sock.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected
The anti-hole guarantee is a voluntary service from SOKKS. It applies in addition to your statutory rights and does not limit them. Independently of this guarantee, you have the statutory warranty of 24 months as well as your 100-day return right at SOKKS.

What does the replacement cost?
Nothing. Replacement and shipping are free.
Do I have to send the worn-out sock back?
No. A photo of the hole is enough — you can keep the old sock.
Does the guarantee cover holes caused by incorrect washing?
No. Only holes from normal wear are covered. Damage from improper care, such as washing too hot or tumble-drying bamboo, is excluded.
Does the guarantee also apply to reduced items?
Yes. The guarantee applies to all SOKKS socks, including sale items.
