How long does shipping take?

Within Germany, delivery takes 1-3 business days. EU-wide we deliver in 2-4 business days. International delivery takes 4-8 business days. All orders are shipped with tracking.

Is shipping free?

Yes! Within Germany and the EU, shipping is free from €49. Orders under €49 incur €9.90 shipping costs. International shipping is free from €99.

Anti-Hole Guarantee

How does the anti-hole guarantee work?

Yes. Every pair of SOKKS socks is protected by the 6-month anti-hole guarantee — whether bamboo or cotton, no-show socks or dress socks, regular price or sale.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return socks?

Yes. You have a 100-day return policy. The socks must be unworn and in original packaging. Contact us at hello@sokks-official.com.

What if the size doesn't fit?

Contact us and we'll exchange the socks for the right size — free of charge.

Care

How do I wash SOKKS socks properly?

Wash your socks at maximum 30-40°C, inside out, preferably in a laundry bag. Don't use fabric softener. Air drying extends their lifespan. → Care guide
