Payment and shipping
The following conditions apply:
We deliver within the European Union (except Cyprus) as well as to Switzerland and Monaco.
Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)
Germany: €2.90 (free shipping from €49)
European Union: €4.90 (free shipping from €49)
Switzerland and Monaco: €14.90 (free shipping from €99)
All prices are stated in euros. If payment is made in another currency, the shipping costs are automatically converted at the current exchange rate at checkout.
Delivery times
Unless a different period is stated in the respective offer, delivery of the goods takes place
within Germany within 1-3 business days,
for EU deliveries within 1-3 business days,
for international deliveries within 1-3 business days
after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in one combined shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
