Payment and shipping 

The following conditions apply: 

We deliver worldwide. 

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT) 

Germany: €4.90 (free shipping from €49)
Europe: €9.90 (free shipping from €49)
Rest of the world: €14.90 (free shipping from €99)

Delivery times 

Unless a different period is stated in the respective offer, delivery of the goods takes place

within Germany within 1-3 days, 

for EU deliveries within 2-4 days,

for international deliveries within 2-4 days

after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction). 

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. 

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in one combined shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
